Open Positions

Chief Policy Officer (PDF): A member of NBCC’s senior leadership team, the Chief Policy Officer is responsible for recommending a legislative and public policy agenda to the grassroots leadership and leading the overall strategy to implement that agenda.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills; the ability to speak and write persuasively and with clarity; resourcefulness and creativity; and 10 years of government relations experience with extensive Capitol Hill, legislative, health care, and public policy knowledge.

Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations (PDF): A member of NBCC’s development team, the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations is responsible for growing philanthropic revenue by developing and managing relationships with corporations, private foundations, family foundations, and strategic partners.

The ideal candidate has five or more years of progressively responsible fundraising experience at a national nonprofit with demonstrated success securing corporate, foundation, and family foundation gifts.
