2022 Advocate Leadership Summit

Join us for the 2022 Advocate Leadership Summit in Washington, DC, April 30 – May 2, at the Park Hyatt Hotel! The Summit is the National Breast Cancer Coalition’s premier annual breast cancer advocacy event. The Summit offers discussion sessions with top researchers and advocates, as well as skill-building, message training, and strategic planning activities needed to energize us for the important work in the year ahead.

At the 2022 Advocate Leadership Summit, we will continue to build on the strengths of the tireless and talented advocates who will help NBCC achieve our mission to end breast cancer for everyone.

Summit Registration

Registration for the 2022 Advocate Leadership Summit is $350.

The registration fee includes:

  • Three days of outstanding programming;
  • Summit materials;
  • Breakfasts, lunches and refreshments at breaks;
  • Breakfast, lunch and transportation on Lobby Day.

** The registration fee does NOT include hotel lodging. See below for more information. 

**Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, NBCC requires that all attendees of in-person programming must provide proof of being fully vaccinated and boosted (up to date vaccination per CDC definition). Attendees must also test negative for COVID (home-based tests are acceptable, antigen or PCR) no more than 48 hours before the start of the event. As of now, masks will be required at the meeting.**

Bring a Leader, Get a Discount!

If you bring a new attendee,* both you and the new attendee will receive $50 off your $350 Summit admission fee, for a final cost of $300 each.

*New attendees are classified as those advocate leaders who have NOT attended a Leadership Summit since 2013. Anyone who attended the NBCC conference in 2012 or before, qualifies for the discount.

Summit Fundraising

Fundraise to cover to cost of attending the 2022 Advocate Leadership Summit! You can fundraise for yourself, a friend, or for the NBCC Summit itself.

Just follow the simple steps below:

  • Quickly and easily set up a personal fundraising page
  • Send the link to family, friends, co-workers, or anyone who might support you.
  • Your supporters can click on the link you give them and donate online with a credit card directly to NBCC, or can send a check to NBCC.
  • You will be able to see donations and watch your total go up!
  • NBCC will track your personal page daily to see how much money you’ve raised, and notify you when you are able to register.

RAISE:

  • $350    = Advocate Leadership Summit Registration
  •  $850    = Advocate Leadership Summit Registration and shared hotel room
  •  $1,400 = Advocate Leadership Summit Registration and a private hotel room
