Michelle Tregear, chief programs officer, joined NBCC in July 2018. An 11-year breast cancer survivor, she brings to her role more than 20 years of complex project management, health services research and educational program development for various agencies within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). She received her M.A. and Ph.D. in experimental psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, CO.
