Michele Garfinkel serves as Director of the Artemis Project at NBCC. She has over 25 years of experience in science and technology policy, focused on understanding stakeholders’ views and incorporating these in research and health policy development and implementation. She holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Washington, a B.A. in Genetics from the University of California, and an M.A. in Science, Technology & Public Policy from the George Washington University.
