Rokia Hassanein joined NBCC in 2020 to lead the organization’s digital media initiatives. Previously, she did advocacy, digital media and communications work with the Human Rights Campaign and Americans United for Separation of Church and State. Rokia holds a B.A. in English language and literature from the University of Maryland, College Park.
