Women With Balls® is an NBCC signature fundraising event. Each fall, NBCC supporters gather in New York to bowl, compete, and celebrate—all while raising funds to support NBCC’s mission to end breast cancer and save lives through innovative research and breast cancer advocacy education and training programs.
Anyone and everyone! Create or join a team of friends, family members, or breast cancer survivors and advocates. Gather your employees for a fun and fulfilling team-building event. Bowling solo? We’ll help you find a team. All are welcome as long as they meet their fundraising goals.

Bowling has long been a part of NBCC’s story. After strenuous, science-heavy days at early Advocate Leadership Summits, attendees would often gather at a local bowling alley to socialize and unwind
The Women With Balls® fundraising event began in 2017, borne from NBCC board member Liane Martins’s passion for NBCC’s work. Since then, hundreds of bowlers have participated in Women With Balls®, raising more than $300,000 to support NBCC’s mission to end breast cancer.
