On Thursday, April 11, the National Breast Cancer Coalition (NBCC) honored Dorian Goldman, whose family foundation’s continued support has been a mainstay of NBCC’s success; Jones Road Beauty founder Bobbi Brown for her support and empowerment of women; and ReShelle L. Matheny and Denise Smith, 2024 Grassroots Advocacy Award Honorees.
Guests at the New York Gala enjoyed an immersive experience—diving into NBCC’s rich history of advocacy, remembering those we’ve lost, and building momentum and excitement for the work ahead—through interactive exhibits designed and installed by the visionary team at 11th Street Workshop.
Tony Award-winning actress, singer, and dancer Adrienne Warren closed the evening with a powerful performance that included a medley from her breakout role in Tina: The Tina Turner Musical.
Many thanks to all who made this evening possible—and who continue to support NBCC’s mission to end breast cancer for everyone.
